Interval training is becoming more and more popular for fast loss and conditioning. However, many are getting less than stellar results. Find out why. The enormous benefits of HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) cardio workouts have become widely known in the fitness industry in recent years. However, as great as HIIT is, unless you keep your intensity super-high, you're not only going to get sub-optimal results, you'll get poor results. And if you're going to get poor HIIT results, you might as well be doing LSD (Long Slow Distance) training. So, how do you make sure you get optimal results from your HIIT cardio workouts? Personally, I think that HIIT is best suited for only a few types of activities.
